Accountant Assistant (Multiple Locations)
Location : Kapolei, HI (On site; not bus line/Skyline accessible) to Downtown Honolulu, HI
Compensation : $22-$25/hour DOE

What You'll Do
• Process vendor invoices with 2/3 way match; verify pricing, quantities, and approvals
• Prepare and execute payments; research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements, expense reports, and corporate card activity
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience (AP-focused experience preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
