Our client is a leading commercial baking company which is experiencing rapid, organic growth. In partnership with our client, we're seeking an Assistant Production Managers to support the night shift operation as they expand into multiple sites.
Position
As an Assistant Production Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations within a 24/7 bakery facility. Partnering closely with the Production Manager, you will ensure the production runs safely, efficiently, and consistently across all shifts. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone eager to develop their career in food manufacturing while actively supporting teams on the floor.
