The Associate Pastor of Family Ministry provides pastoral leadership, vision, and strategic oversight for ministries serving children, youth, young adults, and families. This role is responsible for developing a comprehensive, Christ-centered discipleship strategy that equips parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes while fostering spiritual growth across all generations. As a member of the pastoral leadership team, the Associate Pastor collaborates with church staff, volunteers, and church leadership to strengthen family ministry programs, provide pastoral care, oversee children’s and youth ministries, develop young adult discipleship opportunities, and engage families through outreach and community connection. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to Southern Baptist doctrine, proven leadership and team-building abilities, a passion for discipleship, and the relational skills necessary to effectively minister to children, young adults, parents, and volunteers while advancing the church’s mission and vision.
