Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our growing beauty business. This role combines accounting, inventory tracking, project coordination, and reporting to help ensure our products move seamlessly from production to the customer.

✔ Strong QuickBooks Online experience (all modules)

✔ Bookkeeping and accounting experience

✔ Bank reconciliation and financial reporting skills

✔ Experience managing projects, purchase orders, or inventory

✔ Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

✔ Strong attention to detail and follow-through

✔ Proactive, sales-minded approach with excellent communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and analyses
• Maintain the General Ledger and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial statements and cash flow reporting
• Support internal and external audit activities

Inventory & Project Management

• Manage open purchase orders from planning through delivery
• Track new and existing products from manufacturing to sale
• Maintain accurate inventory records and updates
• Ensure excellent recordkeeping and reporting
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to support business goals
• Generate reports to assist with inventory, operations, and sales planning
