Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a skilled Cake baker and decorator. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for baking, and decorating cakes to meet both custom and standard specifications, creating visually appealing baked goods, and potentially assisting with the preparation of various bakery products. Additional responsibilities include frosting cakes, decorating cookies, and ensuring high-quality presentation of every product. The role also includes interacting with customers to understand their decorative preferences and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cake Decorating, including custom designs and detailed artistry
• Experience with Baking and handling diverse bakery items preferred
• Ability to decorate and prepare Cookies with creativity and precision
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for baked goods
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a bakery or food preparation setting is a plus
