Job Description

Join a dedicated team working on a variety of concrete construction projects. As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a key role in site preparation, concrete placement, and finishing. Responsibilities

• Assist with layout, site preparation, and subgrade preparation for concrete projects
• Set forms to required grade and layout specifications
• Cut, bend, and tie reinforcement materials as needed
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand and power tools such as rakes, shovels, trowels, screeds, and floats
• Install expansion joints and edging using appropriate tools
• Operate and maintain trade tools and miscellaneous hand tools safely
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure project quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 5+ years of concrete experience preferred
• Construction experience (1 year preferred)
• Concrete finishing experience (1 year preferred)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Physically able to stand, walk, kneel, balance, stoop, and lift at least 100 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and extreme temperatures
• Ability to work long hours as required by project scope
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
