Job Description

Position: Site Scheduler / End-to-End Project Scheduler

Duration: Long-term contract

Location: Bridgeport, AL - 3x onsite per week

Pay: $65-$75/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

The Site Scheduler (End-to-End Project Scheduler – EPS) is responsible for developing, managing, analyzing, and reporting integrated construction schedules from early concept through project closeout. This role serves as the scheduling authority on site, ensuring contractor schedules comply with contract specifications, industry best practices, and internal governance requirements while providing proactive insight into risks, recovery options, and forecast outcomes.

The EPS partners closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, cross-functional stakeholders, and central planning teams to drive schedule quality, transparency, and decision-making across the full project lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 7+ years of construction scheduling experience on large, complex projects
  • Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
  • Deep understanding of CPM scheduling , baseline development, and schedule controls
  • Experience reviewing and auditing contractor schedules against contract specifications
  • Strong knowledge of DCMA 14-Point Analysis
  • Proven ability to manage integrated master schedules (IMS)
  • Experience working directly with General Contractors and subcontractors
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently and serve as the schedule authority on site

Plusses / Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting data centers, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, or mission-critical facilities
  • Exposure to earned value management (EVM) and cash flow forecasting
  • Experience with commissioning schedule integration
  • Familiarity with owner-furnished equipment (OFE) tracking
  • Background supporting GMP / IFP / IFGMP project delivery models
  • Experience working in highly standardized, multi-region scheduling environments

  • Primavera P6 (required)
  • Excel (advanced)
  • Schedule reporting and analytics tools
  • Experience working within enterprise scheduling governance frameworks

Compensation:

$65/hour to $75/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
