Robert Half is partnering with a nationally recognized, full-service law firm to add a Corporate Paralegal to their Chicago office. This newly created role comes as the practice continues to grow, offering strong long-term stability and the opportunity to work closely with a sophisticated corporate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with corporate governance, entity formation, and ongoing entity maintenance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and manage organizational documents, resolutions, minutes, stock ledgers, and other corporate records.
• Assist with transaction-related tasks, including diligence tracking, drafting ancillary documents, coordinating signatures, and managing closing logistics.
• Handle annual reports, UCC filings, good-standing certificates, and related corporate compliance matters.
• Track billable time in a law firm environment and support attorneys with general corporate projects as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong background in entity management and corporate governance.
• Prior law firm experience and familiarity with billable hour expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
