Senior Auditor - HOA/COA Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations (COAs) and be comfortable managing engagements with minimal supervision. This role offers the opportunity to work with a stable client base, lead audit projects, and contribute to a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

* Lead and execute audits for HOA and COA clients
* Review financial statements and ensure compliance with industry standards
* Identify process improvements and present findings to clients
* Provide guidance to staff auditors as needed
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high‑quality service

Qualifications

* Senior‑level auditing experience
* Required: Prior experience with HOA/COA audits
* Strong understanding of GAAP and audit methodology
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
