Week days are from 7:00am - 9:00pm CT, weekends 8:00am - 6:30pm CT
As a customer service specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with pharmacy claims. You will provide exceptional customer service via phone, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email regarding e-vouchers, denial conversion or any other issues related to a Rx claim.
Accurately document each customer interaction, including the issue, actions taken, and resolution in the case management system.
Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMM services, updates, and known issues.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home most of the time but will be required to work in office certain days. We will let the person know in advance when needs to come to the office.
