Job Title: Data Product Analyst (Real Estate)

Location: Richardson, TX

Employment Type: 12 plus months contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Product Analyst with a strong understanding of real estate data to help drive data-informed product decisions across our organization. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and business, translating real estate data into actionable insights that improve product performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has experience working with property, leasing, or real estate investment data and can partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers, engineering, and business stakeholders to define and deliver data-driven product features and enhancements
  • Analyze real estate datasets (e.g., property performance, leasing activity, occupancy rates, pricing trends) to identify insights and opportunities
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to track product and business KPIs
  • Translate business requirements into data specifications, metrics definitions, and tracking frameworks
  • Support product roadmap decisions using quantitative analysis and experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis, etc.)
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across real estate data sources
  • Work with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines and data models
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, market trends, and operational performance
  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership
  • Stay current on real estate market trends and data best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or data product roles
  • Experience working with real estate data (property management, leasing, mortgage, REITs, or proptech platforms)
  • Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and experimentation methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
