Role Description
We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead and scale OneNotary’s nationwide notary network. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient notary services while continuously improving the experience for both business clients and individual signers.
Reporting to executive leadership, the Director will work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success teams to optimize operations, strengthen quality standards, and support platform growth.
