Responsibilities

• Assist with accounting and accounts payable support, including processing invoices and tracking expenses
• Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and organize financial records, files, and documentation
• Support the accounting team with administrative and payables-related tasks
• Manage document workflows including scanning, filing, and electronic recordkeeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, administrative, or related support roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or relevant coursework/experience)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize effectively
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Location: Manassas, VA (On-Site)

Pay: $18–$20/hr
