Overview

A private UHNW waterfront estate in the Upper Florida Keys seeks an experienced Estate Couple or Senior Estate Steward to oversee the daily care, presentation, and hospitality of a 9-bedroom residence.

This is a hands-on, service-driven role for people who work quietly, anticipate needs, and have a natural sense of hospitality . The estate is occupied approximately eight months per year, with elevated guest activity and event support during peak periods.

The position offers a refined lifestyle setting, on-property housing, and the opportunity to become a long-term, trusted presence supporting the principals and their guests.

Position Structure (Flexible)

Option A: Estate Couple

A complementary partnership where responsibilities are shared across:

  • Interior operations and hospitality
  • Exterior care and light maintenance
  • Guest services and transportation

Option B: Manager

A highly capable, hands-on professional able to manage both:

  • Interior household operations
  • Exterior oversight and vendor coordination

Core Responsibilities

Property & Estate Oversight

  • Full stewardship of the residence and surrounding grounds
  • Daily walkthroughs ensuring readiness and presentation
  • Coordination of preventative maintenance and service schedules
  • Vendor management and service appointments

Household Operations

  • Housekeeping, cleaning, and organization to elevated standards
  • Laundry, wardrobe care, and linen management
  • Inventory management and household provisioning

Hospitality & Guest Services

  • High-touch guest care and service delivery
  • Airport pickups and transportation coordination
  • Event preparation and support for entertaining
  • Maintain a seamless, welcoming, and discreet environment

Kitchen & Provisioning

  • Light cooking and meal preparation (as needed)
  • Grocery shopping and provisioning
  • Kitchen organization and cleanliness

Grounds & Exterior Care

  • General landscaping oversight and outdoor upkeep
  • Coordination of specialized vendors (landscape, marine, systems)
  • Hands-on support where appropriate

Service Environment

The estate operates with a hospitality-driven ethos , emphasizing:
