Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events, community activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, interacting with people, and contributing to successful event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Support event logistics and on-site operations.
• Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance.
• Manage guest flow and support registration activities.
• Organize promotional materials and event displays.
• Maintain clean and organized event spaces.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution.
• Gather attendee feedback and event observations.
• Respond to attendee questions in a professional manner.
• Represent the company positively during all event activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
