Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support promotional events, customer engagement initiatives, and community outreach activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and contributing to memorable event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
  • Help manage attendee registration and guest flow.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe event spaces.
  • Respond to attendee questions with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
  • Gather attendee feedback and report observations.
  • Represent the company positively throughout all event activities.
