Ink Connect is seeking an energetic and dependable Event Staff member to join our team in Boston, MA. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, supporting event operations, and ensuring guests have a positive experience. You will assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of in-person events while working closely with supervisors and team members. Paid training and ongoing career development are provided.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of events and promotional activities
* Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events
* Support event coordinators with on-site logistics and operational tasks
* Distribute event materials, informational resources, and registration items
* Help maintain an organized event environment and ensure a positive guest experience
* Monitor event supplies and assist with inventory management during events
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* No prior experience required; paid training provided
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
