Job Description



We are seeking a proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organization, and is passionate about creating outstanding event experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and organizing corporate events, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including schedules, venues, vendors, and materials.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Prepare event documentation, checklists, and reports.
  • Support on-site event setup and coordination.
  • Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of event budgets, supplies, and inventory.
  • Provide administrative support for the events team as needed.
