LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading Chicago-based venture capital firm to hire an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment. This role is best for someone who is extremely proactive and comfortable partnering with senior executives.
What you’ll doManage a complex, high-volume calendar and shifting priorities
Handle expense management and reconciliation with strong attention to detail
Coordinate frequent travel (often private aviation; occasional commercial)
Book hotels and manage itineraries as needed
Provide additional office/operations support as needed (office manager-style support)
What we’re looking for
3–4+ years of executive assistant experience
Excellent written/verbal communication and professionalism
Proactive, pre-emptive support style
High resilience/thick skin and ability to navigate varying leadership styles
Comfortable working fully on-site in Chicago
Key Details
Location: Chicago, IL (Loop) | On-site Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Work Model: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation: $40–$50 per hour
If converted the anticipated salary range would be $90,000-$100,000
