As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will lead the preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, including cash flow statements, equity reporting, and required disclosures. You’ll partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Treasury, and Operations to support external reporting, auditor requests, and lender reporting while also contributing to month-end close activities, reconciliations, and special projects. This role also plays a key part in technical accounting research, adoption of new accounting standards, and process automation initiatives within Workiva.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, an active CPA, and 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong focus on financial reporting. A deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, consolidations, and SOX compliance is required, along with experience preparing external financial statements and supporting audits. Experience with Workiva, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency is highly preferred, as is a detail-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven mindset.
