Job Summary

Offshore Montauk is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee daily property operations and guest experience beginning Summer Season 2026.

This role will lead front desk, housekeeping coordination, and overall guest services, ensuring a seamless and elevated stay consistent with Offshore Montauk’s coastal hospitality approach.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and guest services
Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, including self check-in workflows
Maintain high standards across cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness
Partner with the Leadership Team on operational performance and guest experience initiatives
Monitor occupancy, rate execution, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

5+ years experience in hotel operations or front office leadership
Experience with PMS systems (Cloudbeds preferred)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
Guest-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to wear many hats throughout the property

Compensation

$65,000-$75,000/annual

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends and holidays during peak season
Year-round role with flexibility for winter time off
