  • Ensuring adherence to labor laws and internal policies through audits and documentation

  • Collaborating across teams to support HR projects and initiatives

  • The salary range for this role is between $25-$26.5 hourly

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field with relevant coursework at an accredited university

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a people-centric focus and the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Demonstrated accountability and a proactive approach to completing assignments and taking on new challenges

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

  • A strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and professionalism

  • Availability to work on-site at our Hornell office on a full-time basis outside of school terms and part-time during academic semesters.

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with supportive and innovative teams

  • Contribute to impactful and meaningful projects

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
