KMD Contracting Services is a fast-growing janitorial services provider dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning and maintenance solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. The Role : As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Sales Consultant to partner with us on new business acquisition. This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only partnership designed for self-employed sales professionals seeking uncapped income potential. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career while earning based on your performance.

Consultant Responsibilities

The Consultant's single core responsibility is to secure and finalize new commercial cleaning contracts in the commercial and industrial sectors.

  • Prospect and Lead Generation:
    • Identify viable commercial targets (e.g., commercial offices, data centers, schools, hospitals, medical facilities, government, retail spaces, and property management firms)
    • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and industry events
  • Sales Execution:
    • Initiate contact, conduct presentations, and manage the sales process from lead to close
    • Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of each client
    • Negotiate and submit final service contracts to KMD for approval, ensuring client terms align with KMD’s service standards
  • Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term contracts
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process and follow-up stages
  • Sales Strategy:
    • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our services
  • Track and Report Sales Activities:
    • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using HubSpot CRM system or other tools
    • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on your pipeline, forecasts, and achievements
Required Skills And Experience

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with experience in B2B and long-term service contracts (e.g., janitorial, facility services, security) highly preferred
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients and presenting service offerings
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales effectively
  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a performance-based, commission-only role where earnings depend on results
  • CRM Experience: Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports

Compensation (100% Commission)

This is a commission-only partnership. No base salary and no benefits are provided.

  • High Earning Potential: Uncapped commission, directly determined by the Consultant's sales success and portfolio value
  • Competitive Commission Model: A highly competitive commission percentage is earned on all new, closed, and executed service contracts. You’ll have the opportunity to build a strong portfolio of clients and earn a significant income by helping businesses maintain clean, safe, and inviting environments. For every account that is closed, there is a one time 10% of the closing contract which will be payable within 30 days.
