Join a growing manufacturing team as a Press Brake Machine Operator on the second shift, where you will set up, program, and operate press brake equipment to bend and form sheet metal according to detailed blueprints and specifications. You will play a key role in producing high-quality electrification products for critical infrastructure while working in a brand-new facility with strong training, development, and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
You will join a high-growth manufacturing business formed through the merger of multiple companies, focused on engineering and producing electrification products for critical infrastructure. The organization emphasizes trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships with everyone involved in electrifying the world’s infrastructure. You will have clear opportunities for advancement into roles such as quality, machine operation, and leadership, as well as potential to move across different business units as the organization expands. The company invests heavily in training and development, with a strong ratio of leads to producers to ensure hands-on support and continuous learning. You will work in a modern, brand-new facility with a collaborative culture that values hard work, growth, and internal mobility.
Work Environment
This role is based in a brand-new manufacturing facility that will eventually support approximately 200–250 people on site. The position operates on a second shift schedule, Monday through Thursday from 6:30 pm to 5:30 am. You will work on a manufacturing floor environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and varying temperatures, and you will spend most of the shift standing or walking. The role requires the ability to lift and move materials in the 25–50 pound range. Safety is a priority: steel-toed boots are required, and safety glasses are provided. Team members must wear long pants made of thicker material (not leggings) and either long sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves, which the company will help supply. The first week on the job is dedicated to full-time training before you are assigned to your production team, and you will work closely with leads in a hands-on, supportive environment that emphasizes safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
