Full time, 40 hours/weekly, Monday 11:30am - 8:00pm, Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You’ll Do

As a Mammography Technologist I, you will:

• Perform diagnostic mammography exams in accordance with MQSA , state regulations, and Atrius Health policies
• Obtain and validate clinical histories while producing high‑quality images using the lowest appropriate radiation dose
• Provide excellent patient care — supporting emotional, physical, and safety needs throughout each exam
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and multidisciplinary care teams
• Identify and report equipment issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted patient care
• Maintain licensure and compliance through ongoing ARRT continuing education (CEUs)
• Support training and onboarding of new mammography technologists as needed
• Assist with coverage at other locations during urgent staffing needs

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT certification in Mammography (M)
• Current Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license
• Strong understanding of MQSA and ACR guidelines
• Excellent communication and patient‑care skills

Preferred

• Prior experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography
• Familiarity with PACS and digital mammography systems

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
