Position Overview
Bialow Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support our growing team. This role combines basic financial management with light office operations and marketing support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Maintain and reconcile records in QuickBooks Online
Assist with invoicing, collections, and basic financial reporting
Office Management
Support a team of approximately 10 brokers
Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings as needed
Maintain office organization, supplies, and general operations
Handle mail, light phone coordination, and administrative tasks
Marketing & Brokerage Support
Prepare site tour books, marketing flyers, and client presentations
Assist with proposal materials and committee packages
Support brokers with real estate-related marketing and documentation
Qualifications
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online required
Proficiency in Adobe (InDesign/Acrobat), Microsoft Office, etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and operate independently
Preferred (but not required):
Experience within a commercial real estate brokerage, landlord, or related real estate environment
Familiarity with platforms such as CoStar, Regis (Sites USA), Placer.ai, or similar demographic/analytics tools
