Physician – Pain Management (Outpatient | No Call | High Earning Potential)

We’re currently seeking a Board-Certified Pain Management Physician to join a well-established, high-performing outpatient practice. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for strong compensation, procedural volume, and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient setting (clinic + surgery center)
• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Split between clinic and procedure-based work (nerve blocks, injections, etc.)
• No hospital rounding

Compensation & Benefits:

• $450K base (Additional compensation: base + bonus, $550k minimum first year)
• 4 weeks PTO + 8–10 paid holidays

What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks)
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (PT, psychology, etc.)
• Educate patients and families on pain management strategies

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship required
• Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Backgrounds in Anesthesiology strongly preferred (PM&R, Neurology, EM also considered with experience)
