Pay Rate: $19.57/hr – $20.29/hr

Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Print Production Associate to support high-volume print and document production operations. This role involves operating printing and finishing equipment, ensuring quality output, and managing print jobs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work early morning shifts consistently. This is a hands-on production role requiring reliability, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and finishing equipment (cutting, laminating, inserting, binding)
• Receive, review, and log incoming print jobs
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate when needed
• Optimize document formatting and ensure print quality standards
• Scan, sort, and process documents for digital and print use
• Maintain logs, billing records, and meter readings
• Track and store completed jobs for reuse and backup
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Support basic training of end users on equipment when needed
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies and services

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (paper stacks, print materials)
• Prolonged standing and walking between equipment
• Frequent bending and reaching (clearing jams, loading materials)
