We strive for exceptional services. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Logistics Procurement Coordinator . In this role, you will source, purchase, and prepare new and used trailers and trucks for sale, ensuring inventory is ready, profitable, and aligned with customer demand.

Duties:

• Source trailers and trucks from dealers, auctions, manufacturers, and private sellers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions
• Purchase inventory aligned with customer demand and company targets
• Track and maintain inventory in CRM/DMS
• Inspect equipment upon arrival and ensure accuracy of condition and specifications.
• Ensure equipment is clean, branded, photographed, and ready for listing
• Coordinate transportation and optimize freight costs
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, or disputes
• Build strong relationships with vendors, dealers, and service partners
• Support sales and marketing with accurate specs, pricing, and product presentation
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, documentation, and warranty claims

Required Competencies:

• 2+ years in procurement, automotive, or trucking industry
• Knowledge of trailers (flatbed, step deck, RGN, Conestoga systems a plus)
• Strong negotiation and market pricing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience coordinating across sales, service, and logistics teams
• Basic photography and equipment listing skills
• CRM/DMS experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency; QuickBooks a plus
• Strong communication skills; English required, Russian/Ukrainian/Spanish a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Inspect trailers and trucks outdoors in various conditions
• Stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Work outdoors with exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and weather
• Follow all safety protocols in yard and shop environments
