PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE (OVERNIGHT SHIFT)

Production Associate – Overnight Shift

Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday nights | 8:30 PM – 9:00 AM

Pay: From $15.50 to $18.00/hr + 4-hour incentive for completing full 36-hour week

Bilingual Requirement: English/Spanish

About the role

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in the creation of high-quality refrigerated snacks . You will assist with production activities while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) , ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards. Your work will help maintain efficient, safe, and high-quality operations , from handling raw materials to monitoring the production line.

Key responsibilities:

• Follow all safety and GMP guidelines, HACCP, and SQF standards
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate production equipment (extruders, enrobbers, flow pack machines)
• Fill tanks with raw ingredients like chocolate or yogurt
• Monitor production, packaging, and labeling processes
• Perform basic quality checks and document results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Report any production, quality, or safety issues to supervisors

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1 year of packing or food production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and frequently handle objects up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments and occasionally in freezers
• Strong team player with good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a must)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work overnight shifts
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
