Performance Expectations

• Manage daily operations.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver our standards of service.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Foster teamwork, motivation, and a culture of respect and hospitality.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and professionally.
• Be hands-on in all positions as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or leadership roles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self motivated and capable of learning within our system.
• Committed to working mornings, weekends and holidays.
