Our Operations & IT division is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a permanent position.

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ensuring the integrity, availability, and quality of the Salesforce system, as well as the CRM platforms and related tools.

Therefore, you will be responsible for:

Technical Analysis
  • Assess technical feasibility

  • Write detailed technical specifications

Support

  • Ensure CRM data integrity, monitor key indicators, and manage alerts

  • Perform routine maintenance and operational tasks (running processes, consistency checks, access rights management, data imports, etc.)

  • Handle requests from the various Yooz departments through a ticketing system

Configuration and Development

  • Configure system settings

  • Develop Flows

  • Perform bulk data operations

  • Manage all tools connected to the CRM ecosystem: Sofacto, DocuSign, HubSpot, Probance, Wrike, Gong (with the possibility of future integrations)

Technology Watch

  • Stay up to date with technological advancements in the relevant areas

Skills for this role:

• Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules)
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong knowledge of standard configuration
• Understanding of business processes
