Our client is seeking an Executive Scheduler to support two founders at a high-growth investment and technology firm. This is a critical and high-impact role where you will own end-to-end calendar management across two extremely busy, high-profile executives and operate at the center of how their time and priorities are managed day to day.
You will be the first point of contact for all scheduling requests, partnering closely with a Chief of Staff and EA team, and navigating constant changes, competing priorities, and high-volume coordination across internal and external stakeholders. This position is perfect for someone truly type-A, reliable, a true connector, and someone with an unwavering ability to drive goals forward. What you’ll be doing:
• Own complex, high-volume calendars across two executives
• Manage scheduling from initial request through confirmation and follow-ups
• Navigate real-time changes with speed, accuracy, and strong judgment
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and executive offices
• Bring structure and prioritization to a fast-moving environment
