Job Summary (List Format):


- Position: School-based Physical Therapist
- Location: Yelm, WA area
- Contract Dates: 9/9/26 6/16/27
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: K-12 students, approximately 25-30 students
- Setting: In-person only; some travel between schools (mileage reimbursed)
- Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to school-aged children
- Work with children in a therapeutic setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with school staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Complete evaluations and maintain documentation (EMR/IEP systems)
- Desired Experience:
- Previous experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based settings
- Experience with children requiring physical therapy
- Familiarity with online documentation systems
- Qualifications:
- WA Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Fingerprinting through OSPI required for onboarding
