The Scrum Master is responsible for driving Agile delivery excellence, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent execution aligned to business priorities. This role facilitates Agile practices, removes impediments, and fosters a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery predictability. Key Responsibilities Facilitate core Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective team execution. Drive sprint predictability, backlog readiness, and alignment to prioritized business outcomes. Proactively identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies. Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities, scope, and acceptance criteria. Support release readiness and coordinate activities across teams, including coverage during afternoon and evening release windows. Monitor and report on delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down, sprint health), providing insights to drive continuous improvement. Coach teams on Agile best practices and support adoption of enterprise delivery standards. Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements. Required Qualifications Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM). Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams in a complex, cross-functional environment. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery best practices. Demonstrated ability to facilitate teams, manage stakeholders, and drive accountability for outcomes. Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence). Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Experience supporting release management and coordination across distributed (onshore/offshore) teams. Strong dependency management. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with healthcare or regulated environments.
