The Role

You’ll join a busy Commercial Real Estate group handling complex transactional matters, with work spanning sophisticated deal work and significant responsibility for a senior associate.

Comp & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000
Billables: 1850 target (flexible / not strict)
Work model: primarily in-office with 1 remote day/week
Benefits: comprehensive benefits package (including retirement plan components)

What they’re looking for

Must-haves

7–8 years post-JD experience in complex commercial real estate transactions
Active Texas bar
Strong connection to Dallas (local or clear reason to relocate)

Nice-to-haves

Strong academic background
Training from a mid-sized or national firm handling similar CRE work
