We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain/Logistics Manager to lead our end-to-end operations in Miami. In this critical leadership role, you will define and optimize procurement, inventory control, and distribution systems across multiple facilities to align with our broader business objectives. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and brings proven experience in ERP systems, demand planning, and contract negotiation, preferably within the aviation manufacturing industry. Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that directly support business goals.
- System Definition: Define comprehensive systems for procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
- Supplier Management: Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
- Multi-Facility Logistics: Optimize logistics and operations between multiple internal facilities located in Miami, Tampa, and Dallas .
- Inventory Control: Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet demand while proactively minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze supply chain KPIs to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
