Job Description

Boutique and growing asset management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting planning and coordination
  • Travel planning
  • Expenses
  • Event planning
  • Work closely with other Administrative Assistants to support the group
  • 5 days in office

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment, financial services experience required
  • Must have supported a team of professionals
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal)
  • Technical skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Must be a strong team player

Compensation: $80-95K plus Bonus

5 Days in Office, NYC - Midtown
