Transactions & Licensing Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate licensing, collaboration, and other commercial agreements
- Provide IP, privacy, and product counseling to clients
- Support and manage transactions across the company lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in commercial contracting and negotiations, venture capital financings, or intellectual property litigation
- Strong interest in startups and venture-backed companies
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
