Job Description

Salary: $149,760 - 166,400 per year Requirements:

• We require 2+ years of applied user research experience in a professional, non-academic environment.
• We look for strong proficiency in UX research methods, systems thinking, and the product development lifecycle.
• We value a demonstrated ability to synthesize qualitative data into compelling, user-focused narratives that influence product enhancements.
• We prefer a BA/BS degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related scientific or engineering discipline.

• We execute qualitative user research and synthesize findings to turn complex human behaviors into clear product insights.
• We develop evidence-based recommendations and research outputs that inform strategic decisions and align cross-functional teams.
• We partner with senior researchers and stakeholders to uncover key user needs and remove design obstacles.
• We examine baseline product metrics and user patterns to improve business outcomes and optimize the end-to-end experience.

This opportunity offers an hourly compensation range of $72 to $80 and is designed for someone eager to turn deep human insights into actionable product strategy for a global technology leader.
