Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Visual Designer to execute high-volume, production-ready creative across e-commerce, retail packaging, and in-store environments for a portfolio of consumer product brands.

This is a hands-on execution role, not UX/UI or product design. You will be responsible for translating product positioning into clear, compelling, and technically accurate visual assets that perform across Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and retail channels.

You should be equally comfortable designing PDP's, building a GemPages layout, or preparing print-ready packaging and POP displays—all with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities include:

Design and produce conversion-focused assets for:

• Amazon PDPs, A+ content, and storefronts
• Walmart and Shopify (GemPages) product pages
• Weekly promotional emails and campaign graphics
• Paid media and marketplace ads

Build product storytelling visuals including:

• Feature/benefit infographics
• Technical callouts and comparison charts
• Clean, conversion-driven layouts
• Deliver fully production-ready files optimized per platform requirements

AI-Accelerated Production, Use AI tools to increase output and iteration speed:

• Generate product scenes, backgrounds, and mockups
• Create scalable variations for campaigns and listings
• Assist in retouching and compositing workflows
• Build efficient workflows that allow rapid execution without compromising quality
• Maintain strict quality control—AI is a tool, not a shortcut

Execution Excellence

• Translate direction into clean, accurate, production-ready deliverables

• Manage multiple SKUs, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously

• Maintain consistency across brands, categories, and channels

• Operate with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in visual design for consumer products, retail, or e-commerce
• Must submit Portfolio of work for consideration

Portfolio must demonstrate:

• High-volume production work (not just concepts)
• E-commerce product visuals (Amazon/Walmart preferred)

Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Figma, Klaviyo
• Experience with AI tools such as: Higgsfield, Gemini, ChatGPT
• Proven experience with: Amazon A+ content requirements, Shopify or GemPages page builds
• Strong understanding of Conversion-driven design and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.)
• Strong compositing and product image manipulation skills
