Job description :

We’re looking for a high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Representative to help promote and sell our coaching services, business events, and entrepreneurial workshops. You’ll also be expected to identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines, ensuring clients are fully supported in their business and personal growth journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage new leads through outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries
  • Present and sell coaching programs, workshops, and events with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services and programs that complement client goals
  • Support event coordination and attend occasional weekend business expos or seminars
  • Maintain accurate client data in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation efforts
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

  • $20.00 per hour
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday 10am-7pm
  • Weekends as needed

Requirements

What You Bring:

Previous sales or customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual – English and Spanish required

Highly motivated and results-driven personality

Ability to work flexible hours and attend events as needed

Passion for entrepreneurship, personal development, and empowering others

Education:

High School Diploma
