Job Description

Concord is a leading loan-servicing company with more than three decades of experience delivering high-quality solutions for originators, lenders, and capital providers across consumer and commercial markets. In June 2025, we welcomed Orion First, a market‑leading third‑party servicer specializing in commercial loan and lease portfolios, to the Concord family. This integration positions us to offer a full‑scope servicing platform: from consumer to commercial, from origination through payments, collections, data analytics, backup servicing, and business intelligence.

Our Mission

We exist to deliver exceptional servicing outcomes for our clients and borrowers by combining deep domain expertise, robust technology platforms, and a steadfast focus on compliance, risk management, and client service. With this expanded platform, we aim to be the go‑to partner across the credit lifecycle for both consumer‑finance and commercial/lease portfolios.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Agile Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive delivery excellence. This role is responsible for managing execution within an Agile framework while supporting requirements gathering, ticket triage, and ensuring engineering work is progressing efficiently.

The ideal candidate will bridge business and engineering teams, ensuring clear requirements, timely decisions, and proactive management of risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning) and provide status reporting
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
  • Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and validation
  • Triage, prioritize, and monitor engineering tickets (bugs, enhancements, requests)
  • Ensure tickets are actionable, tracked, and progressing; follow up on aging or stalled items
  • Collaborate with the business and engineering to align priorities and manage capacity
  • Track sprint progress and maintain visibility into tickets requiring action
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Agile project management or Scrum Master experience
  • Strong Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping)
  • Hands‑on experience managing and triaging tickets in Jira
  • Experience using Slack for team communication and coordination
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills

Benefits

  • Grocery Vouchers
  • Internet Bonus
  • Medical Insurance
  • Life Insurance
  • Dental Insurance
  • Law Benefits
  • Hybrid (3 days at the office)
