The group represents clients across every major industry and maintains a full-scope practice encompassing merger clearance, litigation, and investigations.

The group advises on some of the most complex, interesting deals on par with the best Antitrust groups in the world. New York is the hub of the practice and a global co-chair sits in New York. The team is staffed leanly with a lot of client and partner contact for associates, and opportunity for significant responsibility. There is substantial long-term upside for growth in this group, in addition to being highly collaborative and a collegial group, with a strong emphasis on associate development.
