Compensation:

• Salary Range: $82,500 – $115,000 per year (Final compensation will depend on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineering Designer to join a dynamic and growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in civil engineering, with strong potential for growth into a Project Management role.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of projects including land development, site design, roadway construction, bridge work, and aviation-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering teams in the design and development of civil engineering projects
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and reports using CAD software
• Stormwater management systems
• Sanitary sewer and water systems
• Grading and drainage plans
• Roadway and land development projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project accuracy and quality
• Participate in client interactions when applicable
• Contribute to project documentation and presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with CAD (required)
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the civil engineering field
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of industry experience (nice to have)
• Experience in civil/site design and land development projects
• Familiarity with stormwater, grading, and utility design
