Job Description

This newly created Customer Service role will join a growing medical device company that is expanding distribution operations across the US.

Position is fully Onsite 5 days/week in Ashburn.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients (hospitals, doctors, etc.) by intaking and coordinating orders.
• Accounts receivable activities including generating and issuing invoices, follow up on payments, etc.
• Provide scheduling assistance for booking the surgery to ensure product will be available and be delivered to the surgery location.
• Coordinate with logistics and product managers/sales team to ensure product availability for the client timeline.

Qualifications

• 2-4 yrs customer service experience, ideally with experience supporting B2B clients/customers
• Accounts receivable / customer invoicing experience
• Associates or Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong MS Office, spreadsheets, computer skills
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with ERP system is a Plus.
• Logistics background is a Plus.
