What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience
• Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
• Process orders, track shipments, and provide timely updates to customers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and production teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and order management systems
• Proactively communicate with customers to anticipate needs and build strong relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with ERP/CRM systems (experience with order processing a plus)
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
