At JL Partners , we don’t do "average." We are officially launching our D2D division in Miami, and we are looking for the elite few who have the grit to build something from the ground up. If you’ve done D2D before whether it was solar, security, pest control, or telecom, you know that the hardest doors produce the biggest wins.

We aren't looking for "door knockers." We are looking for 10 high-performance Field Sales Representatives who want to come in, shatter our initial launch records, and move into Leadership roles within 90 days. This is a ground-floor opportunity to spearhead the growth of this division.

The Mission: Own the Territory

This is a high-intensity, face-to-face field sales role. You will be the front-line force for world-class telecommunications brands and leading non-profits.

• Direct-to-Door Outreach: Execute high-volume, face-to-face outreach in residential and commercial territories across Miami.
• Master the Threshold: Navigate the first 10 seconds of a conversation to build immediate rapport and transition into a consultative close.
• Record-Breaking Execution: We have the systems, but we need the talent to push them. Your goal is to exceed our launch targets and set the standard for the entire team.
• The Leadership Fast-Track: Because this is a new team, we need managers fast. If you can prove you can close at a high level, you will be moved into a leadership role to train and scale the next wave of reps.

Who You Are (D2D Experience Preferred)

• D2D Veteran: You’ve carried a bag before. You understand the grind, the weather, and the psychology of the door. You’re ready to take that experience and turn it into a management career.
• Thick-Skinned: Rejection is your fuel. You understand that "No" is just the start of the conversation, and you have the social stamina to stay high-energy from the first door to the last.
• Scoreboard-Obsessed: you don't just want to hit the quota; you want to double it. You want to see your name at the top of the JL Partners leaderboard.
• Coachable: Even if you’re a veteran, you leave your ego at the door. You’re ready to master our specific Project Apex system and execute it flawlessly.
