Job Description: Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency settings.
  • Assess patients’ conditions and accurately document vital signs and medical histories.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to create and implement care plans.
  • Administer medications and perform medical procedures as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress and response to treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills.
  • Contribute to departmental meetings and share insights on patient care.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing .
  • Be TN visa eligible or a US citizen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passed the US NCLEX exam.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing.
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Experience in triage and critical care nursing is a plus.
