Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Welcome attendees and provide friendly, professional assistance. * Help manage guest registration and attendee flow. * Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. * Maintain clean and organized event spaces. * Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. * Respond to attendee questions professionally and courteously. * Gather attendee feedback and report observations to the team. * Represent the company professionally during all event activities. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable and detail-oriented. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
